1. Who we are
Sellrith AI ("Sellrith AI", "we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered tools for online sellers. We are the data controller for the personal data we collect about you when you use our service, and we are responsible for determining how and why that data is processed.

Payment information (card numbers, billing addresses) is collected and processed by our payment provider Paddle, not by us. See "Data sharing" below.
3. Data sharing
We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers / subprocessors who help us operate the service (cloud hosting, database, analytics, error monitoring, email delivery, AI model providers).
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers when needed.
- Authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
4. International transfers
We may transfer your personal data outside your country of residence, including to the United States. Where required by law, we put in place appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions.
5. Retention
We keep your personal data only as long as we need it to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure (typically up to 12 months) before being deleted or anonymised. Billing records may be retained longer where required by tax or accounting law.
6. Your rights
Depending on your country, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your data (the "right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular review of our security practices. No system is perfectly secure; please contact us immediately if you suspect a security issue.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the service is used so we can improve it. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will affect functionality.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
