Sellrith AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Open the order and select "Request a refund".
- Alternatively, email us at support@sellrith.ai with your order details and we'll process the request with Paddle on your behalf.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is approved, your subscription will be canceled and your access to paid features will end at the conclusion of the current billing period (or immediately, depending on the circumstances).
Renewals
Subscription renewals can be canceled at any time from your billing settings. If you cancel before a renewal charge, you won't be billed again. If a renewal has already been charged and you cancel within 30 days, you can request a refund using the process above.
